When Beatrice Offshore Windfarm Ltd welcomed HRH Prince Charles to officially open Scotland’s newly-completed, largest wind farm, they wanted to mark the royal occasion in style. The client was eager to incorporate public engagement in addition to the royal visit and approached Catalyst for an innovative event solution.
We created an immersive exhibition and presentation space, complete with custom displays, designed to impart information on the benefits of sustainable energy for future generations. An interactive element was added by our installation of live video links to the CCTV cameras monitoring the wind farm, allowing children to control the CCTV cameras monitoring the site situated 60 miles offshore.
