SWG3 GLASGOW

The New York Times Climate Hub brought influential leaders and thinkers together with the wider community to debate, discuss and discover climate change strategies. An amazing line-up of speakers included former US Vice President Al Gore, sustainable fashion designer Stella McCartney, US Special Presidential Envoy for Climate John Kerry, climate activist Greta Thunberg, Emma Watson, Ellie Goulding, Mark Carney, Matt Damon, Ban Ki-moon and Malala Yousafzai to name but a few discussing the pledges being made to tackle the climate emergency.

Working with Reality Events and Summerhouse Media, we provided technical production support to the New York Times Climate Hub at SWG3 neighbouring the main COP26 event.

Notably working with the world leading designer Es Devlin the 'Forum space' had 197 live trees installed for the duration of the event - 1 for each country attending COP26 to create an immersive environment for delegates attending the event. Our Lighting designer and video team provided all the visual effects to bring her design to life in Glasgow... our sound team also installed a venue wide soundscape to help bring the outdoors indoors!
