CLIMATE CHANGE CONFERENCE

One of the most tagged event photos of 2021 at undoubtedly the highest profile event the world has seen in 2021 - COP26.

We were exceptionally proud to have been appointed Technical and Scenic Production supplier for much of the East Side of the COP26 event site. Working with the incredible team @identityglobal Catalyst transformed the Ovo Hydro Arenas into The Climate Action Zone featuring 4 venues and hosting more than 300 shows.

A second Catalyst team then provided technical production in 6 special event rooms within the SEC and Clyde Auditorium, similarly, hosting in the region of 300 shows.

It was a mammoth task involving over 70 staff, more than 6 months of planning and 1000’s of pieces of equipment. Lead by the sustainability team at Identity it was brilliant to see just what our industry can contribute towards positive Climate Change.
