EVENT RE-DESIGNED IN LESS THAN 24 HOURS DUE TO CORONAVIRUS

Due to the outbreak of Covid-19 and prior to the official UK lock down, SSE proactively took the decision based on early advice to introduce social distancing to minimise staff exposure and risk transmitting the further spread of the disease. Instead of a full cancellation of their Annual Communications Conference, a decision was taken to re-structure the event into a series of filmed presentations which could be shared over the company intranet, allowing SSE to communicate it’s strategy with it’s senior management team.
Over a 24-hour period, Catalyst successfully re-designed the stage set, lighting and sound package and provided the equipment and specialist crew to ensure the filming of the presentations, editing and broadcast were all completed within a short timeframe.
